Helen Craig joined the Education Team in September 2018 and leads on Collective Worship.
She has been a Headteacher for seventeen years and has led two schools. She is proud that all her teaching experience has been within Church schools.
She was the first co-head for the Diocese. She has led her schools to outstanding SIAMS inspection judgements. Helen has enjoyed collaborating with other local schools and supporting initial teacher training.
In her free time she likes to exercise, travel and enjoy good food with friends and family.
Julie Sarti joined the Team in September 2022.
She has worked in Essex primary schools for 34 years and has been a Headteacher of a Church school for 14 years. She has loved working with children of all ages, in a range of schools in both rural and urban settings. She has also been a SENCo.
Alongside her Headteacher role, Julie has been a School Improvement Lead - and has really enjoyed working strategically and supportively with colleagues leading Church of England Schools.
Julie has been a speaker at various events around the country to raise awareness of global poverty and the partnerships that an international charity has with communities around the world that make a positive difference.
