"When I first began the course, it became clear very early on that I would gain a great deal from engaging with all that was offered. Up to date the course has helped me to evaluate my own role as a school leader and to identify where my strengths are as well as highlighting the areas that I need to develop. This has been achieved through a great deal of self-reflection. The whole experience has been both productive and relaxed at the same time. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with other likeminded people, who I am pleased to say, were as nervous as me at the beginning. It is very easy to believe that we are the only ones who feel this way at the time, but reassuring to know that this is not the case. The sharing of good practice has been something that I have ensured I bring back to my own school and this has benefited my staff. I really would recommend this course to anyone who is considering moving into Leadership."
