Church School Secondary Leaders Network

These meetings are an opportunity for our 6 secondary schools to network, receive current guidance and updates as well as hear from relevant speakers and trainers.

Our Church School Secondary Leaders Network brings together leaders from Church of England secondary schools for a programme of termly meetings designed to support, connect and inspire.

These sessions provide a valuable opportunity to build strong professional relationships with colleagues across the diocese, creating a trusted space to share experience, explore key priorities, and reflect on the distinctive nature of church school leadership.

Each meeting offers:

  • Opportunities to discuss current challenges and key issues in a supportive, collaborative environment;
  • Sharing of effective practice across schools;
  • Updates on diocesan guidance and national expectations;
  • Input from experienced speakers and specialists.

Rooted in our shared vision and values, the network fosters a sense of community, professional growth and collective responsibility, equipping leaders to strengthen the impact of their schools for the benefit of their pupils, staff and wider communities.

However, her most recent role has been as a Headteacher for the past six years within a London Borough.

Katrina is proud to have achieved an Excellent in all areas rating under the Independent Schools inspectorate and Outstanding in her previous Ofsted inspections within Essex.
