Our Bereavement Policy is available for you to download. This policy contains some suggested guidelines for letters to send out and various other ideas for that might support you to manage the situation.
Resources held at the diocesan office
There are resources for every child in the diocese who experiences a bereavement. These resources are age appropriate and include books and a toy to support the child or pupil.
The books given to the pupil, are especially written to help a child through this very difficult period of grief and trauma. The diocese will gift these resources to the pupil to keep.
