Chelmsford Diocesan Board of Education (CDBE) Vision

The vision continues to focus on John 10:10 ‘I have come that they may have life and have it to the full’ and unpacks exactly how this will guide the strategic direction of the Board into the future. Our priority is the flourishing of all children, young people and adults in the schools and education settings across the Diocese. We aspire to enable every child and young person to have the opportunity to experience an excellent education, with a clear focus on Christian Distinctiveness and the love of God.

The vision focuses on support and guidance for our family of schools, encouraging collaboration and celebrating success. We commit to listening and responding to the needs of those being served, building strong relationships across the Diocese.
