This half a day course supports primary and secondary leaders develop ways in which to bring to life the school vision in your school community. It includes real examples from across our schools and a variety of ideas that you can take away with confidence, equipping you to translate your vision and values into meaningful daily practice.
This engaging, interactive half day course is designed to support leaders in developing their vision and values across the whole school community.
Participants will:
- Consider their current vision and evaluate it’s impact
- Explore the wider picture around the theological underpinning of the vision
- Examine how different schools translate their vision into meaningful action
- Participate in an activity linked to the Church of England Vision for Education
- Collaborate with peers to share ideas, challenges and successes
- Consider ways in which the impact of the vision can be monitored

Partnership Agreement Subscribing Schools – Free of charge
Non-subscribing schools - For 2026/27, schools who do not subscribe to our Partnership Agreement can pay to attend in person courses. Payment is required at the time of booking on Eventbrite. If you are no longer able to attend, a refund can be requested up to 7 days before the course. Your payment, less Eventbrite fees, will be refunded to your original payment method.
