All God’s children: Inclusion, Wellbeing and Hope in Church Schools
This full day conference invites Church school leaders to explore how inclusive education and wellbeing can be embedded as theological and strategic priorities within school leadership. Rooted in the Chelmsford Diocesan Board of Education’s vision of ‘Life in all its fullness’, the event will offer inspiration, practical tools and theological reflection to support every child’s flourishing.

- Gary Smith, CEO of Hope Learning Trust, on Leading for Belonging – Inclusion as a Leadership Priority
- Alysia-Lara Ayonrinde, Engagement Lead for the Church of England’s Racial Justice Unit, introducing the Difference for Primary Schools Programme—a resource to help schools foster empathy and relational resilience
- Patrick Regan, founder of XLP and Kintsugi Hope and Director of Brighter Days, on Supporting Mental Health as Spiritual Formation
