Leadership in a church school is a calling that requires both conviction and compassion. It demands the courage to take principled stands and the empathy to build meaningful relationships. However, under pressure or fatigue, we can find ourselves struggling to maintain this balance. We may hesitate to state our positions clearly or make difficult decisions, or we may withdraw emotionally from those around us, distancing ourselves from the very people we are called to serve.
This reflection day is designed to support Church leaders in sustaining a leadership that embodies both truth and love. Together we will create space to:
- Reflect on the personal and spiritual foundations of leadership
- Recognise the impact of stress and pressure on our decision making and relationships
- Develop strategies for sustaining clarity and connection, even in challenging times.
This day offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of leadership, be refreshed and gain insights that will help your leadership.
